"All great. Good location."

"Was able to get an airport shuttle recomended by the staff. Old hotel, very clean but needed some updates."

"Great location and a comfortable room. The helpful staff arranged early access to our room"

"Location was wonderful. Hotel was lovely and the room was very clean and enormous! Bathroom was a bit dated and could use an update but overall it was a charming hotel filled with tons of character. Front desk staff was fabulous at helping me find great walkable restaurants! Wedding venue was gorgeous and the views from the terrace were amazing. Would stay here again!"

"On the whole this hotel is one I would highly recommend! It is very clean, breakfast included was tasty with a great variety of items and the location is perfect. We did a suite of sorts with a kitchen which was so convenient. Full silverware, cookware, dishwasher, cooktop, refrigerator, microwave and freezer. We made use of this most days. The rooftop is lovely, the fitness facility is big and has a lot of options for a workout. There are additional pieces I'd give a heads up to travelers...

"Great location, great staff."

"Having a key pad to access the hotel and our room was actually really nice. Not having to worry about a key or a card was handy. The room was clean and stocked. I like that they had a little room in the hallway where you could grab other amenities you may need (i.e., more toilet paper, toothbrush and paste, cups of water, more towels). They had shows both nights we stayed there, and if we didn't have plans, we would have absolutely gone to one. I like that it's different and quirky, that's...

"The host was there to greet me and showed where everything was. The building is quite hold but the designers optimized space and existing infrastructure. The kitchen setup for breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve experienced. Fresh croissants and muffins from the local bakery were a hit. Looking forward to another visit."

"The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, but several other things were suboptimal. There were no instructions at check-in that you need to use your digital room card to summon an elevator. The room phone was dead. One of the elevators was stuck with all floor buttons pushed and a buzzing sound emitting, that the front desk knew nothing about when I reported it. At departure, while I was at check out, the car valet did not give my husband my car key, which we only realized when we pulled over...

"Awesome place to stay close to pikes place market!"
