"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"Close to everything. Staff was very helpful and courteous. One real problem though, you need to consider changing out the toilets in the rooms (way too low and small), not at all comfortable. Other than that I would definitely recommend."

"Arctic Club exceeded every expectation. Wonderfully restored historic building walking distance to the waterfront and colorful Pioneer Square. Rooms (and bathrooms!) spacious, comfortable and well-apportioned. Polar Bar, the classy lobby lounge, way welcoming, fun and interesting, with incentive craft cocktails. The included breakfast buffet was varied, plenty and quality. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Truly a gem."

"We fell in love with the location of this hotel! Minutes walk from pikes place market, the Seattle art museum, and the aquarium, you just can’t beat it. Not to mention, the staff was super friendly and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat. The room was clean and up to date with modern finishes. This is small, but I really liked that they had a hand soap dispenser instead of the bar soap you get at a lot of hotels. The food in the hotel restaurant was also good. Oh and the rooftop...

"Arrived from cruise very early and we were happily offered a jr. suite for an incredibly reasonable offer so that we could check in immediately and get settled. The hotel is beautiful, room beyond our expectations...we couldn't stop talking about the TV nook which way amazing! Staff was welcoming and helpful, bar served wonderful cocktails. Location couldn't have been more perfect for a great walking day around the harbor and all city sites."

"とても清潔で、部屋も広く満足度が高かった。 チェックイン前と後に荷物を預かって頂きました。ちゃんと管理されている様子で安心して預けられた。 部屋も広く、バス・トイレも広くて清潔だった。冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシーン(お湯だけを沸かすことも出来るタイプ)もあって良かった。 朝食もバラエティ豊かでスタッフが常に補充と清掃を行っていた。フロントのスタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てた。 残念な点は前の道路の騒音がまともに部屋に響く事。滞在中早朝に緊急車両のサイレン音が大きく響いてびっくりした事がありました。"
