"The rooms were very nice and the hotel was able to facilitate an earlier check in for some of our party which helped. Paper cups were in the rooms rather than crockery and this for me is a negative, especially when a coffee machine was supplied."

The room was extremely hot & when I complained, I was told they were switching from their winter system to their summer system so there was no air conditioning or proper airflow available.
