"The room was amazing with a spectacular view overlooking downtown Seattle with nearby cafes and restaurants. The staffs were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spick and span, the housekeeping staff kept it real clean. Except for the lifts, where there were four but only one worked, which made it a real challenge when you had to leave or arrive early. Otherwise the hotel was just amazing. Would love to stay again."

"Location was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were able to easily help us with a car service from the airport and then to our cruise ship the next day. I highly recommend this stay!"

"Very nice room; comfortable, clean and spacious enough for a single person. Staff at front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the cafe on the 2nd floor and appreciated the credit given by hotel as an offset for the resort fee. Also appreciated the closeness to Seattle Convention Center. Def would stay here again."
