"I really didn't like being charged an early-check-in at 2pm. If a room is ready, it is ready. That just seemed to be a cash grab. Hotel is dated and while some renovations were being done to the facade, it has a long way to go to be of "Hilton-Standard". Price was good, but not the "deal" I thought ..."

AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown
"1st Room was very dark and lights did not work and overlooked an alley. Was not given the upgraded room I paid for when I booked. They moved me the 2nd day to a new (correct) room. Sink was clogged and would not drain and the toilet would barely flush and ran constantly due to something be lodged ..."
