"We attempted to check in at 5:00(check in time is 4) and were told our room wasn’t ready yet. Waited until 5:30 and finally had a room ready. Got up to it and it wouldn’t open. Housekeeping tried and couldn’t get it open either. Finally called another housekeeper to had to slam it open with her shoulder. ..."
