"Good place"

"Mia hotel everything was perfect for me more staff was kind and breakfast was good"

"Le Riad est très joli et typique, le personnel est fantastique : Abdul et Fátima et sa collègue sont aux petits soins pour les clients, d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme rare, je recommande vivement cet hébergement ! "

"A really nice hotel in Fez. The pool area was very nice, but no one used the pool. It was a little slow while I was there plus renovations but high quality place!"

"Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Gros besoin de rénovation dans les chambres et hall d’entrée et même la place pour petit déjeuner."

"The best hotel in Fes great clean was really great experience I will always go back the staff was amazing friendly and family I can explain how good they are all specially the reception lady in the morning"

"Kallt som f-n på rummet när vi kom och mycket branta trappor! Men mycket vackert ställe och fint bemötande. Wifit funkade bra. "

"Hotel was nice, but you could not get wifi on 4th floor. Anytime you needed you phone for wifi you had to go to the lobby. Instructions on using the app for everything was confusing. Otherwise, was nice."

"Ok"

"We stayed here in October. The staff were wonderful and the Riad is conveniently located near the blue gate. The traditional breakfast was 10/10. The WiFi doesn’t work well in the room, we were on the second floor maybe that’s why. We had a tour guide arranged by the Riad, I wouldn’t recommend bc he talked too much about other things and took too long."

"The property appears quite run-down and is in serious need of maintenance and renovation. The washrooms are in very poor condition, with several broken fixtures, and some of the curtains in room are torn. The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency. At breakfast, the dishes were not labeled, even though I noticed the food labels stacked nearby...

"Overall everything was good except a big language barrier. No one can speak English and it was so hard to communicate. Younus was really helpful and he was speaking spanish but were trying hard to help us in little english. Then later he started communicating with us through whatsapp because he wanted to translate it in english and spanish easily. We were leaving early because to catchup a train so he packed breakfast for us. So nice of him. Riad was really good and pretty but little run down....
