"Breakfast was horrible"

"Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!"

"Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on."

"Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was well stocked. I love the refillable supplies instead of sample size throw away ones. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide verify of foods to choose from. We had a U-Haul trailer and the over flow parking area was helpful for that."

"Our stay at the Davis Motel was great!!! It’s definitely got an old school vibe and reminded us of traveling as kids, haha. The welcome gift was much appreciated, and the laundromat onsite was a plus. The owner, Bill, was very helpful in recommending places to see in the area. And the coffee was probably the best we have had on our trip!"

The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. "As soon as you walk in, there is an old dingy odor. When we got in the room the furniture was stained and or damaged. There was no remote control in the room. When I called down to the front desk, toe very helpful and friendly young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and brought up a remote control within minutes. We were third and went right to sleep. When we woke up, I was brushing my teeth and there was a huge bug in the drain of the sink, causing me to get sick. We immediately left...

"It reminded me of the Bates motel! It was just a very old small type motel that reminded you of something that was built. Maybe in the '80s or even in the '70s. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't what I was expecting at all. We didn't really need help from the staff but they were helpful when we did check-in and needed a few things"
