We dined at the adjacent La Padrona Blanca restaurant and had a great dinner before an evening Broadway show. Room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the terrace with ample seating and happy hour drinks. Would recommend and stay again."

"They gave away my room despite me calling and confirming. Charged me for the room anyway. No refund, no discount. Manager never called or responded to my email. Terrible customer service. Currently fighting to get the charges reversed. Sebastian at the front desk is a complete jerk. And while the other staff actually know what customer service is they were completely unhelpful. Skip this place. It absolutely sucks."

"This is an underrated room for sure. The room had cool and relaxing vibes. Granted, the location is in an area that’s still being constructed in, but this hotel is beautiful in the inside. What’s a huge plus for me is the gym, they got everything you need. I enjoyed how the hotel offers a bar/lunch/dinner area and it was an area I enjoyed being in. The staff were super friendly and helpful when needed."

"There was a strong flowery smell in the lobby that was not for me. My husband on the other hand, loved it. Nonetheless, it was strong! The rooms had very little shelf space, only one small mirror, and a very small sink set in the corner so it was hard to brush teeth or wash face. The rooms were not cleaned very good as the used towels were left hanging on the racks and empty cups and bottles were left on the nightstands. Only towels left on the floor and the garbage cans were emptied. Finally,...
