"Great place"

"OMG—I don’t even know where to begin! My stay was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, I was warmly greeted by the Hilton staff, which set the tone for a wonderful experience. My room was very comfortable and spacious, and I especially enjoyed having my own outdoor patio. The health and recreational facilities were top-notch—from the yoga classes to the treadmill, elliptical, and even a Peloton bike. The weight room was fantastic as well. The spa was incredibly relaxing. I treated myself to a reflexology massage after spending time in the hot tub, and it was perfect. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here—and I would highly recommend it to friends."

"What a fantastic place, we will definitely return. The location is perfect, just as you enter Oak Creek so it’s away from the busyness, the golf course surrounds the condos which is an added bonus, you can walk the quiet neighborhood from your door. The pools/hot tub are well maintained and sparkle, a lot of chairs & umbrellas to relax in. The condo was extremely clean & well stocked with plates/utensils and very comfortable furniture, bed was really comfortable, plenty of towels. Staff was awesome, polite and very willing to assist. Only thing that we didn’t care for was the Concierge contact, we appreciate how they want to share the area but kept talking about learning how the program works to get perks and basically wouldn’t take my “no thank you” for real & just kept on and on, I had to just walk away. Other than that, the condo is amazing and we will be going back."

"The property is not well maintained. The elevator was not functioning in the spa building, there were dead insects floating in the hot tub, the jets in the tub weren’t working, the advertised rooftop bar was closed, there was no bell staff to assist, housekeeping was spotty, the couch cushions by the fireplace were filthy, carpet leading up to our room was very dirty. The room needed updating, poor lighting in bathroom, chipped paint on doors and counter, ancient air unit that had a moldy drip, rug under bed kept sliding and flipping up, very annoying. Upon questioning I was told that the property sold about year and a half ago. The new owners intend on doing a total overhaul. The price for this resort is way out of line with the quality. On a positive note, my travel companion said his spa treatments were both excellent and the on-site restaurant, Rascal, is very good. It is outsourced and operated by an independent restaurant group with James Beard nominations."

"Didn't use pool or hot tub. Rooms were normal clean. Refrigerator was adequate. Coffee machine was fine. Coffee selection was limited except in lobby."
