"The property was great, staff was fabulous and helpful. Overall a 5*. However, the shower in the bathroom had less pressure so took longer to get the soap off. "
"Great stay. Beds are so comfortable. The staff were amazing. Even my interaction with the cleaning staff was great. Would happily recommend this hotel.
Location is not the best though. It's right next to the fire station and the windows don't block noise as well as some other hotels. So you hear cars racing down the road and the fire trucks heading out. Still not enough to mark the hotel down on."

"My wife and I had a pleasant check-in experience. The room assigned to us was wonderfully prepared for our arrival. Thanks to all the staff that made us feel at home. The only hiccup was that we thought the 2 bottles of water were for all Hilton Honor guests of all status. We consumed them unknowingly and were made to pay CAD5.00 but acknowledged was our fault for not reading the label with care."
"The hotel had anything I needed for our stay. The restaurant was good, staff were friendly and attentive. The room was nice and the hotel felt clean and well kept. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy but convenient to get around and close to places I wanted to visit. "
"I was able to check-in early, which is always a bonus, and was upgraded to a room with a "view". Admittedly, the view wasn't great (I could see some trees in between two apartment buildings), but the room was spacious, comfortable, clean. I would have liked a place by the door to hang my jacket and purse, but otherwise, I didn't lack for anything. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location makes access to various parts of the city easy either by walking or (nearby) public...
