"No soap or shampoo in shower! No snacks for sale in Lobby. At AM checkout, there wasn’t a soul around to hand back keys and talk to. After waiting 10 minutes, I layed them on counter and left."

"I had a great time at the Grand Hotel. The place is beautiful with vintage hints but very well kept! The rooms are spacious very clean and mine had a jetted tub. My room was directly outside the indoor pool which was super cute and convenient . The restaurant and bar was amazing! Great food and drinks and all the staff were very nice"

"I booked this room last minute after driving all night and being unable to stay at the first hotel I booked due to cockroaches there. I called WYE and they let me check into my room early to shower and sleep. The owners are so kind and helpful, the facility is very clean and well-kept, and I will definitely be staying here again if I’m in the area!"

"This establishment was not even habitable due to cockroach infestation. An exterminator was at the property when we pulled up, and after taking pictures of the cockroaches in our room that the front desk person acknowledged had been an ongoing problem, they refused to allow me to speak with a manager in person or via phone and denied me a refund for the room I couldn’t stay in. After looking at a different room at the request of the front desk person, that room also had cockroaches and black mold in the tub. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I had to resort to making a health code violation complaint because the manager is unable to be reached to speak about these issues. They will steal your money for a room that is uninhabitable."

"We reserved a Wheelchair Accessible with a roll in shower. We were given a regular room that was totally inaccessible. It took 45 minutes for them to find a room that would accommodate my wife’s Wheelchair. It had no roll in shower. We asked for a shower chair and were told they didn’t have any which meant my wife had to go without showering. This hotel was an ADA Nightmare."

"The front desk staff were polite and helpful. The room was very spacious and well set out. The room and the large bathroom were both very clean, and even though the room had carpet it was clean and smelled pleasant. Usually hotel rooms seem very dark but this one was very well lit with a range of overhead lighting and lamps. The bed was comfortable. I thought at first there was no grass to walk my dog, but the next morning I found a well maintained pet area at the back of the hotel, well stocked with poop bags and bins. there was also a barbeque, putting green and fountain along a lovely walking trail! The area around the hotel felt safe with plenty of shops and restaurants. I left too early to try the breakfast but it smelled good! My only complaint was that the wi-fi was not very good and I had to use the hot spot on my phone to use the internet. I will definitely stay there again when I am back in the area."
