"The check in was terrible as they couldn’t find one of the two rooms I had reserved. The front desk man was not friendly, I waited more than 30 minutes in the check in process. When I got to the room, there was two stains in the comforter, the toilet paper on the holder was empty. The continental breakfast not good as there was only cereal, waffles and some bread that they use from previous days. Check out the same unfriendly front desk man couldn’t provide me with a receipt since the printer was out of ink. "

"We stayed in three rooms for three nights, and they never cleaned our rooms. They didn't even empty the trash cans; within three days, they were overflowing. I went to the front desk and asked them to clean the rooms, but they did nothing. The entire hotel wasn't as clean as the reviews said. This isn't the quality I expected from Hampton Inn. I usually prefer Hampton Inn to other hotels, but in the future, I'll switch to another brand."
