"The staff was amazing, my room and shower another story. The walls were dirty, The blue chair was dirty, no pillow in the chair like they have in the online pictures. There was shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the shower. I bought my own. No blankets in case you got cold in the room you were...

"The first room had a broken toilet, phone and mirror.
When reporting to the staff, which i had to walk back to the front desk seeing c the phone didn't work, I got a dismissive attitude. She did however assign me another room. I had already unpacked everything.
I moved everything to the new room and found the phone not working. I walked to the front again and she acknowledged the phones don't work with no apology, just attitude.
