"Have used Choice hotels before but this is not up to the usual standards. TV didn’t work in first room nor did the phone. Second room staff had to come to have the tv work. Breakfast was mediocre, burnt scrambled eggs and cold sausage. Staff was helpful."

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pensacola during the weekend of May 15th. The apartment was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. It was fully stocked with amenities that exceeded my expectations and made my stay comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and easily accessible to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pensacola area."

"The room floor was wet due to a/c moisture I guess. Also dirty. No breakfast despite being advertised as included, only coffee and donuts. Very poor service and was no cheap either. $126 a night. I would never stay there again."

"The room was clean and nice. Breakfast is served 6:00 to 10:00. We arrived at 9:15 for breakfast. At 9:40 a staff member was looking around tapping her fingers on a table, seemed irritated we all were still in there eating. She was sweeping around our area and others as we were eating. I was getting a cup of coffee to take with me at 9:50 and they closed the doors to the food area. The breakfast was horrible, the patty sausage and cheese egg omelets. The real potatoes were seasoned and good....

"They do no hold reservations and give away booked rooms. The room I got was not the room I booked and it had an AC unit on the fritz. No attempt was made to offer any restitution. The offer was to give a full refund and then I would have to do all the work to find an alternate room and board."

"The room was clean, but not available until 4:30 so we waited in the lobby. No offer of compensation for having to wait past the posted check in time for a room. Having a hot breakfast was a nice bonus. It would be nice if bathrooms had fans."
