Would not go there again

We stayed there for two nights. The rooms are quite small and would greatly benefit a refurbishment. The pool area and garden are nice but there is loud music playing all day. The breakfast buffet is terrible. One advantage though is that there are very good restaurants and an excellent spa in the area.

Staff were brilliant, couldn’t fault them... always happy and would do anything to help you. The room was good, not huge but perfect for two people. the shower could have been a little better but i wasn’t expecting anything overly good In that department, but again not bad at all. The pool area is really nice, perfect size pool and nice seating area with bean bags and sun beds etc.. Overall we were really happy with our stay at Seminyak garden hotel and would definitely recommend anyone to stay there :)

Personeel is allemaal vriendelijk. En er is een goed bed. Waarom dan toch een minder goede beoordeling: 1. Zwembad met name kinderbad was erg vies. Na meldingen bij manager en personeel na 2 dagen niets aan gedaan. Terwijl een netjes er doorheen halen voldoende was. Erg jammer en een gemiste kans. 2. Het zwembad mag ook door lokale mensen worden gebruikt voor een kleine verhoeding. Leuk maar dit zorgt ook voor overlast. Het is hierdoor drukker met namen in het weekend. Maar men vervuild ook de tuin met plastic, en ze maken meer lawaai. 3. Prijzen en kwaliteit eten zijn netjes. Maar een klein biertje heeft de prijs welke niet in verhouding staat.

For the price it’s good

The hotel itself is fine, cleanliness could be a bit better in the bathroom area and the shower. The staff were nice and the pool and garden area were lovely. The breakfast is mainly Indonesian but with decent variety of noodles, rice, toast etc. it was about a 15-20 minute walk from the main Seminyak shopping district and the beach but if you don’t mind the walk it is in a good location. The bed was comfortable however the pillows were way to big and gave us sore necks that we chose to sleep without them most of the nights we stayed. The spa is also nothing spectacular, quite expensive for what it is in Bali. The room is small and dusty, the massage therapist I had kept coughing and sneezing on me. At night street was loud and could hear people talking through hallways of hotel. They had freshwater filters provided too. Overall it was a decent stay for the cheap price paid , would return if on a budget.

A decent stay in a great area.

We stayed here several night for business and pleasure. The staff was very helpful and friendly, great location along the main road with bars and food nearby. The beds are OK and the breakfast could be better... especially if you stay more than 2 days. Overall its quick and easy and would recommend it for the cost and location.

1 week in Seminyak

My partner and I had a standard room overlooking pool and grounds. Fabulous 3rd floor view. 2km walk to beach. Situated close to lots of good restaurants and cheap eats. Food quality was consistently above average although not a large selection but enough variety for us. Free afternoon tea each day was the icing on the cake. Staff went above and beyond whenever you needed anything having learnt both our names off by heart and were very friendly and always smiling. Definately stay here again. Highly recommended.

I found the staff from the front desk, restaurant, maintenance, security etc all very helpful, courteous and friendly. My very reasonably priced room had a great view of padi fields. However, it was very noisy on Saturday night with the band playing by the pool. The hotel is rather dated and could do with some renovations and upgrading.

2週間程の滞在でしたがとても素敵な時間を過ごさせていただきました。 朝6時半からの朝食はお世辞にも種類が多いとは言えませんが、ゆったりとご飯を食べることができます。 何より素晴らしいのが接客態度。 ここの従業員は良い笑顔で接客してくれるのでいつも、心があったかくなります。 冷蔵庫が、あれば完璧ですね。
