"Pool gave me green hair , safes didn't work in one room and no instructions in the other no staff able to communicate properly how they work. Location was great and staff very friendly and as helpful as they could be. Very dated and outdoor kitchen no cleaning cloth or soap provided."

"An absolutely beautiful hotel in a wonderful busy location - it felt quiet and secluded but is right on the doorstep of nightlife and restaurants, and a great massage place a few doors down. The staff were so friendly and especially helpful when one of our group broke their foot while out for the day. Note that the family villa is two, two-bedroom units so wouldn’t recommend it for families with smaller children (no pool fencing either) but is perfect for families with older teens or other...

"We are ussually prefer to stay at nusa dua area, but for this time, want to try at seminyak. This hotel is close to the beach, with very nice view to the sea. All good, but the room is too big and the price is too expensive. Breakfast is worse, the food is not good at all. No need to breakfast in the hotel."

"Had such a great stay here in the “Oasis” villa. Perfect for solo or couple - great plunge pool and rooftop with hot tub. The staff are amazing - always friendly, helpful and kind. The location is wonderful - close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. The property is building some extra villas so there will be various sizes for families etc in coming months. Highly recommend staying here! "

"Amazing venue, the security is very diligent. One thing I would say is to check which property location your villa is at to ensure its location you had in mind. Some locations require a buggy trip to reception and the restaurant. Also, the bathrooms are open air bathrooms in the villas which is something we didn’t expect."

"Peppers Seminyak is ideally located and the free shuttle is extremely convenient. The staff are friendly and always happy to assist. We enjoyed the in-villa bar service and BBQ one night with the complementary karaoke - which was very fun!"
