Despite not knowing the language he assisted us promptly by calling the relevant people and helped greatly with the recovery within 24 hours. "The room was simple but efficient and more than enough for a few nights. Breakfast was included and was very nice! From the hotel it takes about 10-15mins to walk to the closest metro stations and it is also possible to walk to the old town, but this takes approx. 25-45mins, depending on where you want to go. The major sights are easily reachable via metro, though."
