"The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. They did move my room and then I had the sink issue. Overall the hotel is beautiful, No one ever...

"The carpet was filthy in the elevators and halls. Glass doors were full of fingerprints. The whole place needs a deep clean. Every wall and door was dirty."

"Very convenient location and clean hotel. Only thing that went wrong g was that our room didn’t have a curtain to the window. Preventing us from having privacy from the outside."

"pros: excellent free breakfast, great outdoor sitting area with grill, clean pool area, friendly staff, cons: no hot shower, rooms very outdated and didn’t feel super clean, room key didn’t work, had to be let into our room ever time, not their fault but very inconvenient"
