"very nice hotel - most staff were very friendly and helpful - buffet breakfast excellent and rooms decent size and very comfortable. No parking in Avignon - book the Inigo Jean Jaures 3 minute walk"

Pas de prise accessible dans la chambre. Donc le prix est franchement excessif. Pas eu envie de tester le petit dej."

"The room was really small, but that’s more of a Europe thing than a specific thing. The staff were amazing! Super kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The location is fantastic. As with many hotels we’ve seen so far, this one seems to be fit into an older building so it’s not like a new Holiday Inn in any town in the US, but it’s a fantastic place to stay in Avignon. Did I mention the staff was fantastic? You couldn’t ask for nicer people."

"The garden is truly beautiful! Also, the property is in an excellent location from which to explore the city. The Hotel Proprietors were very lovely. After our train was delayed five hours, and we arrived just before midnight, they had still stayed up to let us in and help us to our room. Very kind!"

"The property is a VRBO Style not a hotel. We had problems finding the place initially and had to call Pauline who was very helpful and came out so our Uber driver could get us to the property. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Our room had a beautiful jetted jacuzzi tub and fancy steam shower. Location is very well situated and about 8 minute walk to the pope Palace and adjacent restaurants."

"Charming hotel in the perfect location! Will dream of coming back! The view out of our window was the papal palace. The quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in even though it is city center. I am sure that was because of the cut stone walls. The breakfast buffet was good and worth the price. But there are plenty of dining options within easy walking. Our train was leaving later in the day so they were happy to hold our luggage after we checked out. Our stay really was perfect!"

"First, let me say, Clement was very friendly and very helpful during our first two days. We checked out this morning at 11am and was greeted by a female front desk clerk. We asked to leave our luggage while we went out for breakfast, came back within the hour when I realized I left my 1 carat diamond stud earrings on the tray in our room.
