"Excelente ubicación, excelente la habitación, excelente la atención a nuestra llegada, excelente la limpieza, excelente la seguridad para el ingreso. Solo de preferencia que no te toque habitación en el 5to piso, pues en las noches el bar del 6to piso arrastra mucho las sillas y mesas (supongo que cuando hacen limpieza) y se oye a media noche el arrastre que no deja dormir (tardan como 1 hr)"

"The location is perfect for hanging around Juarez and walking to Roma Norte and not too far a walk to the historic centre. The decor is nice and the bed was very comfortable (though the sheets were not very soft). The hotel is above a Japanese restaurant and Mexican restaurant/bar, which give a nice vibe when arriving. I originally booked one night but extended to two — the rate was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, including when they helped me fix a date mistake I made during booking. The apartment itself is lovely: spacious, quiet despite being right in the middle of Roma, with a great rooftop and good water pressure throughout. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend."

"The cleaning staff was nice and helpful. But the front desk staff was OK. I asked the front desk staff for a wash cloth (small towel) and was told that corporate has eliminated them from the property. I did have one and needed a second one. The guy handed me a body towel and the next day the cleaning lady took it and the wash cloth away. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay."

"The room where not to bad clean but the fan were hardly working and make so much much noise. They need to replace there portable fans other then that it was not too bad. I would stay there again."

"Hôtel moderne dans un quartier sympa et tranquille à 10 minutes à pied du centre et de l'avenue Paseo de la Reforma. Chambre très spacieuse (chambre, coin salon, salle de bain) et très moderne. Petit déjeuner un peu triste et je préfère le prendre à côté de l'hôtel où l'on trouve des petits cafés très agréables. Ne pas manquer un bel endroit tout près, Fusion, où l'on peut déjeuner sur le pouce..."

"My first time in Mexico City and wow the staff made me feel very welcomed and safe. They showed me the property and amenities as well as recommended some places to go. They assisted me without hesitation when my key stopped working and always opened the door when I was entering and exiting the property. They held onto my bags during checkout for as long as I needed as well. Top notch service and I definitely will be staying again at your property!! Thank you for making it an amazing stay!"
