"I was surprised how nice this place was. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but we checked it out and it seems very nice. The airport shuttle was a little confusing and slow to arrive but I’m grateful it exists. You can walk from the airport to the hotel in less than 20 mins if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. "

"Very old apartment style hotel. Some furniture were dirty and broken. The pop corn ceiling was very dirty. Old house smell. Parking is $45 per a day. Very expensive. "

"I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 "

"The location of the hotel is a bit far from waikiki beach so you can’t just walk there because it will take more than an hour but the flip side is that street parking is easy to find and it’s free from 6:00 pm to 7:00 am so you don’t need to pay the $33 per day hotel parking and can drive to waikiki or any other beach! Rooms are recently remodeled and clean. They do housekeeping every for days but they would give you clean towels if you ask. Overall we had a pleasant stay"

"Location of hotel is close to essential stores like Target, Walmart, shopping mall, and restaurants. There is shuttle service to the beach which is not too far away. If you are looking for a hotel that is a few steps to the beach, this is not the place for you. Hotel during our stay was under staffed. Waited a long time to check in because there was only 1 person at the counter during the entire time we were there. Room service was inconsistent. Our room was not cleaned everyday. There is also...

"Everything is good Dont know if not incuded to the amenities. Beacause nothing in the room But suggest to provide toothbrush and toothpaste for the future client coming in for staycation."

"Good thing I bought the insurance on this reservation. Because the reservation never actually happened we were removed from the property by construction crew because it was under renovations and when we tried to contact the property owner no one would answer. We literally had to talk to the neighbors in order to get some answers."
