"Clean room 💯 Staff was very nice all of them Breakfast was good and servers very nice The building really could use some renovation; some parts of the hotel look old. But everything else was very pleasant during our stay."

"I was unimpressed that the shower didn’t work. There was a red plastic knob that supposedly actually ate the shower but it trickled and the bath kept filling. When I mentioned it while checking out, the staff member told me « oh yes it works, you just gotta pull the knob ». I can guarantee it did not work whatsoever because I tried to pull push and turn for about an hour."

"We took the suite which was a basement room below the level of the road. This did mean that the traffic noise was minimal. The beds were comfortable. There was a kitchen included which was not well maintained. No cups, no spoons, just a kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer and a stove. The bathroom was miniscule. No attention to maintenance (toilet seat not fixed, plug in basin not working). This hotel really is on one of the worst streets in the city - not a nice place to be or to wander...

"Not the place you want to take your kids, or spouse or anyone for that matter. Pulled in, and multiple ppl standing outside all the motel rooms, with shopping carts, dirty everywhere, a pile of old disgusting mattresses, and plenty of questionable looking people. I did not feel safe to get out of the vehicle. I returned to the front office and said I would not be staying, he said I would get a refund which they then rejected the next day and would not give my money back. Lesson learned, read the...

"Great breakfast, close to many amenities. Newly renovated rooms, with great layouts. Able to select your preferred room location once booked & using the hotel's app. Digital key option was so useful!"

"Very very clean, room had a sitting kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge. The furniture and carpet were dated , but renovation effort was visible in the bathroom. No elevator, however staff offered to help with the luggage. Air conditioner was super loud, it made it difficult to sleep. All in all a good place, but a bit pricey."

"Rooms were tiny but that was to be expected so that’s ok. Staff was difficult but ultimately gave me a second room when my first did not have a functional AC and no windows. Also, I walked in with 2 of my friends to grab something from my room, and one of the staff proceeded to follow us to say I can’t have people sleep over, as if they would have slept over there, and it was 5pm lol. Would have given much better ratings even with all my comments if the price was half or less what I paid. Good...

"The unit was spacious, well laid out, and in an excellent downtown location within walking distance to Union Station, restaurants, the waterfront, and major attractions. The balcony and views were a nice bonus, and the beds were comfortable. The biggest issue was communication and check-in. Instructions were supposed to arrive 72 hours before check-in and did not.
