"My room smelled pretty bad like body odor and the carpet was sticky. I tried to open a window to air out the room, but they're locked shut. additionally the wood furniture in the room is pretty beat up. These are the reasons I rated the stay poor. The staff was excellent as was the food and drink. Please get the rooms squared away."

"The shuttle bus driver was good and professional to help me get to the hotel. But when I was checking in, I was told I checked in already! 🤔. They made mistakes to check in someone else to my reservation and called them to come to the front desk at 12:30 Am to change room!! That was terrible!! The room is clean and comfortable big bed. The window curtains can’t cover the windows completely, lights coming in from outside. I like sleeping in a dark room. Hope they can improve those."

"The water was interrupted for an hour. There was no monetary compensation. Also room was not cleaned after our first night and clean towels had to be asked for. We stayed 2 nights. We expected at least some clean towels after the first night. Asked for an extra blanket that was not given."

"RUN FORREST, RUN!!!. Do not stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, and after calling three times for housekeeping, no one came to clean it. We were then told we would have to wait until the next day. Instead, they sent us back to the room with wipes so we could clean it ourselves. Breakfast was basically a snack, the hallway had a strange smell, and while we were out for our event, it appeared housekeeping went through our bags. Definitely not a place I would recommend."

"I was there for a longer stay and they never cleaned my room. Luckily I am very neat so it was not a huge issue, but not having my sheets, or towels replaced wasn't acceptable. But on the upside I didn't murdered so that has to count for something. "
