"As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a lovely staff member. She provided us with a map, restaurant recommendations and booked a reservation for us. She then proceeded to help us with our luggage. The view from our room was gorgeous. We forgot to book breakfast for the next morning but the staff was very accommodating and made it happen anyways. "Das Hotel ist sehr groß und die Zimmer großzügig geschnitten, allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und altbacken, auch eine Nespresso Maschine fehlt auf den Zimmern, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmerreinigung leider unzuverlässig, teilweise war das Zimmer um 16:00 noch nicht gereinigt ! Der Fitnessbereich verdient diese Bezeichnung nicht, es fehlen Hanteln, Gewichte und jede Menge Geräte, das was vorhanden ist im schlechten Zustand ! Alles zusammen genommen eher ein 4...

"What an excellent property . The staff were friendly and welcoming . We really connected with a gentleman who exhibited excellent customer service .
