Patère cassée, trou dans la porte bref un état général dégradé. Il faisait 25 degré dans la chambre. Ne sachant pas comment agir sur le radiateur, quel réglage effectué, nous nous sommes tournés vers la réception. La seule eponse fut d utiliser le trou dans le grillage pour abaisser le protège radiateur et accéder à la manette. Il reste étonnant et dommageable d ouvrir la fenêtre fin décembre pour avoir une température normale. On passera sur le petit déjeuner dont le tarif n est pas annoncé (et sauf erreur de ma part pas affiché)et qui ressort a 50e pour 4 dont 2 enfants de 3 et 5 ans. Bref a fuir

Bon hôtel confortable

Globalement très bien; Patronne fort sympathique; Hote d’accueuil très charmant. Confortable; Bonne literie. Chambre pas super grande mais grande hauteur de plafond; Présence d’un climatiseur (mais pas besoin en décembre); Bon chauffage réglable. Bons petits déjeuners(15€), sauf le jus d’orange (trop bas de gamme); Très bon emplacement ; Avec parking (8€); Nous reviendrons probablement; À défaut de trouver plus près de notre destination. Nous recommandons.

Service et accueil impeccable/rénovation à revoir

L'accueil est très chaleureux et cordial - le restaurant est au niveau attendu - on y mange très bien. Cependant l'état de l'hotel est décevant et celui des chambres pas du tout au niveau (literie, salle de bain, moquette, déco) tout est vétuste. On sent l'hotel en début d'abandon et maintien de survie c'est dommage.

Le tout à environ 130 € / nuit + 15 € pour le petit-déj! J'ai annulé ma 2e nuit! Le personnel est accueillant et fait ce qu'il peut pour contre-balancer ...

Pause rafraîchissante à deux pas de Paris

Un choix de pause presque au hasard autour de Paris (presque car facile d'accès en train). Puis un choix d'hôtel au centre ville en dehors de toute enseigne pour éviter la standardisation.

Très bien pour le service . Déçue par la chambre

Très bon accueil . Restaurant (brasserie) et petit déjeuner très bien . Les chambres auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement (moquette, literie rideaux ont vraiment besoin d’un coup de jeune) ... chambres trop chères pour un confort très moyen . Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain .

En déplacement professionnel j'avais sélectionné cet établissement pour son emplacement en centre ville et la présence du restaurant. Malheureusement je n'avais pas vu que le restaurant était fermé le lundi soir! mon séjour s'est très bien passé et l'établissement a répondu a mes attentes. Seul bémol : le tarif du petit déjeuner à 15€. L'offre était à la hauteur car très complète mais très onéreux pour quelqu'un qui mange peu le matin. Peut être proposer une formule "light" thé/café-croissant/tartines pour les petits mangeurs?

Tolles Hotel in schöner Stadt

Sens ist eine schöne, lebendige, kleine Stadt. Das Hotel liegt mittendrin und kombiniert charmant altes und neues. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Frühstücksraum gemütlich. Die Garage ist für uns immer sehr praktisch weil wir auf der Durchreisende sind.

Hôtel accueillant et idéalement situé

Hôtel très confortable et calme, idéalement situé en plein cœur de Sens et à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la magnifique cathédrale de la ville. Personnel accueillant et à l’ecoute des clients. L’aménagement intérieur et extérieur de l’hôtel est soigné. A recommander pour un week-end en couple dans cette ville marquée par l’histoire.

Hôtel très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel. Déco originale, petit déjeuner excellent, accueil de bonne qualité. De plus il y a un restaurant de haute gastronomie, et un espace apéro très sympathique. Et pour ne rien gâter, l'hôtel est idéalement situé pour une visite de la belle ville de Sens. Nous reviendrons certainement.
