The staff were amazing at all times, the cleaning staff were kind too. The CU inside the hotel were very convenient and the staff there were always helpful. Very clean and a extremely comfortable hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

They were so friendly and kept my luggage safe for about 3 weeks! There were a lot of shops near the hotel so I could easily get everything I needed and there was a metro station nearby so I could easily get to where I wanted to go! I highly recommend this place!

If you want a place to stay, and it is safe, clean, affordable, and has a polite staff —It’s Hotel Bernoui. Without warning,I had to find a place to stay in Bucheon and picked Hotel Bernoui with no prior knowledge of it. You can book with confidence. They really go out of their way to help starting with a professional front desk. My bathroom hot water was luke warm at 10:30 PM. , Within five minutes of calling the front desk, a maintenance person was at my room. He had it fixed within 10 minutes.. This is my go to hotel from now on in Bucheon. I even booked there a week after my first stay and was not disappointed.

Hotel is far from Seoul main station. Did not opt for breakfast can’t say what they offer , room was average but neat and clean. You will find a 24hrs convenient store inside the hotel lobby.

All the staff were so friendly and.. It's a cheap hotel but it has five star hotel service! The clean convenience store and the great buffet restaurant that costs less than regular restaurants were fantastic! The most impressive thing was.. When I was traveling to other places, they safely stored my big bags for a few days without charging me, so I could travel very comfortably! If you're planning a trip to Korea.. I highly recommend this hotel because it's cheap but very convenient and the staff are friendly!

Close to the airport.. Clean and cozy hotel that doesn't match its low price! All the staff were friendly, but if you don't clean up after eating at the restaurant, you'll get in trouble! Please refer to the sign on the wall! There are all the stores you need within a 5-minute walk from the hotel! They will provide you with everything you need and tell you! The best part is that they will keep your big luggage safe for a few days after you check out! However, I recommend staying for at least one day on the day you pick up your luggage as a courtesy! Clean and friendly staff.. Close to the airport.. Low price but five-star service... ! I will go there again when I visit Korea!
