I stayed in the larger room with the bathtub. Rooms weren't very large but were nice and clean. Good location if you're planning on visiting Lotte

The hotel says the room for three adults for max but has only one bed. I had horrible experience with staff and cancelled our stay after seeing the room. A full refund was given but dont recommend this hotel.

Not good for foreigners (or people who like AC)
The location is great but the problem with this hotel is that it appears to be foreigner-friendly and it's a lie. It looks like a western style hotel but 3 out of 4 front desk people we interacted with didn't speak any English and when we tried to speak Korean, they made no effort to work with us. They refused to give us an extra pillow. And the AC turned off on a timer every hour so when we needed to sleep we asked for assistance (even with the help of a Korean friend on the phone). But the man literally didn't know how to use the AC and so we were out of luck. We did not sleep well and it was very stressful. I do not recommend staying here, especially for foreigners!

There was no room service and no restaurants. Walls were dirty, spider web on the ceiling. Didnt change bed linens nor towels. Staffs seemed to be surprised everytime i asked any questions. I stayed there by myself and i felt unsafe as they dont knock for housekeeping, they just barge in twice.

It just takes 2 mins from the hotel to metro. The room isn’t big but comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful.

Nice well designed hotel
It's been a good stay at the Infini hotel. Clean and tidy. In front of the hotel there's a Starbucks like, so you can get nice coffee across the street.

Highly Recommended
First of all, the person at the reception area was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The hotel was easy to find and it was close to many restaurants and convenient stores but the room was quiet. The room was very clean and my stay there very pleasant.

Great modern clean hotel in great location.
Staff very friendly. Loved how modern and comfortable room was. We booked the suite w spa on balcony but only had cold water running and when staff informed it got warm but took forever to fill up. The view of the city was breathtaking from the balcony. Our car was left with lights on by staff parking it so battery died but got the car fixed for us. Staff spoke little English but can call manager to translate and take care any problems.Cafe was not open ever.

딸아이와 서울여행 차 올림픽공원에서 가까운곳에서 묵을 숙소로 예약했는데 가성비 대비 중간 만족도였어요. 깨끗해 보였으나 침구나 수건에 좀 얼룩이 있거나해서 울집 수건을 썼어요. 버튼이나 협탁 전화기 이런곳에 먼지가 너무 소복히 있어서 먼지 알러지인 딸아이가 좀 힘들었네요. 지하철 역에서 1-2분 거리인거랑 주변 조용한건 좋았어요.

사진으로 봤을때보다 더 좋았습니다 1. 위생 전체적으로 만족했는데 커피포트 위생은 좀 더 신경써주시는게 좋을 거 같아요 안에 물때처럼 좀 자국이 있어서 물로 여러번 헹궈서 사용했습니다 2. 소음 옆이 바로 도로라 차 다니는 소리가 들리긴 해도 엄청 신경쓰일 정도는 아니었습니다 3. 친절도 친절하게 대해주셔서 편히 쉬다가 갔습니다 4. 물건 붙어있는 헤어드라이기라 편하게 머리 말리고 싶으신 분들은 따로 헤어드라이기 챙기시는 거 추천 드립니다 화장하시는 분들은 화장 지우실 폼클렌징 챙기셔야 합니다 예약한 방 사이즈에 따라 애너미티가 다른건지 모르겠지만 비누는 있는데 폼클렌징은 없었습니다 5. 구조 세면대 따로 샤워실 따로 화장실 따로긴 했는데 오히려 사용할 때 불편함은 못 느꼈습니다 세면대가 세안하기가 불편한 감이 있었습니다 6. 총평 하루 지냈는데 편하게 지내다 갔고 역,마트,밥집이 호텔과 멀지 않아서 상당히 좋았습니다 그래서 이 근처에서 숙소를 찾게 된다면 이 호텔로 다시 예약할 의향 있습니다

駅から近いのが何より便利です。駅から徒歩5分などと書いてあるホテルでも、まず地上に出るまでに5分かかったりしますが、ここのホテルの最寄り駅は小さめの駅なので、すぐに地上に出られます。また、駅のエレベーターがホテル側に設置されているので、キャリーを持っての移動も苦になりません。ホテルの床は絨毯ではなく、ツルツルした素材の床なので清潔感がありました。バスタブは、とても大きく足を伸ばして肩までつかれます。トイレ(洗面室)の扉がガラスで、カーテンと合わせて閉める感じなので、二人で泊まる場合ですと、すこし、トイレの際は、気まずい感じがあるかもしれません。一人利用でしたので、全てオープンで過ごしました。ドライヤーあり。水のサービスあり。チェックアウトの際、荷物預りしてもらえました。初めてアプリを使っての、旅だったので、不安でしたが、チェックインはパスポートを見せるだけで、スムーズ、韓国語を喋れなくても問題なくチェックインできました。日本語も出来るスタッフさんがいる時もありました。出来ないスタッフさんとは、翻訳アプリでコミュニケーションとりました。　近くにコンビニもあります。カフェもあります。レンタル自転車(タルンイ)もホテルのほぼ目の前にあるので、すこし遠い食堂に行きたい時は使えます。便利でした。
