Clean room. Great customer service. Laundry and one restaurant in the hotel. Walkable to the subway, bus stop, and eateries. 4 Stars because our room had only one electrical outlet. For Americans, yes you need a power converter.

While everything was clean and the staff were lovely, the rooms were only okay, especially for the price. There are also no outlets near the bed at all so don’t count on charging your phone on the nightstand. The hotel is across from a French Korean bakery that has a variety of food and drink options and an Olive Young. There is a 7 Eleven nearby as well.

The property was located within walking distance to metro and bus stations and some shopping areas I.e. DDP, Myeongdong underground mall, etc. And directly across the street from a great bakery , Tous Les Jours!.

In general the hotel was very good. Check in/out was easy. The staff was helpful and professional. Housekeeping was excellent. However, the hotel lacks a fitness area and the breakfast buffet should be avoided.

This property is conveniently located to pick up and drop off locations of the airport limo bus 6001. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is a must. A good source of energy for the day. Laundry facilities also available. This property would definitely be on the list to stay at next time.

Hotel located off the main tourist area, but reasonably walkable access to subway, clothing outlets and traditional market shops. Our room is small and a little dated with city view high floor. Very convenient hot/cold water dispenser on each floor. Friendly staff.

An English speaking staff member was always on hand to answer questions, provide information and offer suggestions. I was there during a holiday when a lot of the shops and restaurants were closed but I was provided with some good resources and helpful information. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great value for this room size. We are able to open our luggage in the room. Very close distance to the subway station line 5 & line 4. The only problem with this hotel location is that there aren’t much restaurants that open late. There just a take out chicken place, Korean pub & 24 hour instant noodles place. There are 2 cafes across the street and many convenience stores around the area.

2025 Trip to Seoul

Easy check in and out process, there are kiosks as well as staff to help you. Room was very spacious for my partner, very clean, bathroom had essentials ready for you and toilet had a bidet which was nice. There is a touch pad that controls lights, heater as well as if you needed room service or if you choose not to disturb. Bed was two twin sized beds together so middle of it had a divot could be better with the sheets and pillows were flat, we had brought our own blankets as all they gave us was a thin layer cover.

Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! There is a coin laundry and microwave on the second floor that is super convenient. Each level has a refillable hot and cold water taps which is great for late night instant noodles which you can buy at Emart (right across the hotel). The hotel is perfect walking distant to the well-known gwangjang market where you can experience delicious Korean street food and buy some interesting souvenirs! The hotel was close to a train station, easily taking us to places smoothly. Definitely recommend this Branch and would come back to this hotel when the chance to visit Seoul comes again!

I stayed for 3 nights in a twin bed room and I had a delightful experience at Skypark Dongdaemun I. The staff are really kind at reception, helping with the self-service check-in machines and explaining every detail about your stay. You are given two codes: one for the elevator, and one for your room. I had a South facing room with a lovely but not outstanding view. The hotel itself is close to 2 bus stops and 1 subway station which can get you anywhere you need to go in a reasonable time frame. The breakfast is nothing amazing so I would recommend eating out but I did enjoy what I had.
