Apartment Hotel yg nyaman di tengah kota
Lokasi hotel sangat baik, terhubung dengan Coex Exhibition Center dan mall. Disitu juga ada stasiun bis khusus ke airport. Kondisi kamar sangat bersih walaupun furniture dan bed sudah tidak baru. Proses check in dan check out sangat cepat dan baik

We stayed for 12 days and really enjoyed the spacious unit. The hotel staffs are also very helpful and tried their best to accommodate to their guests’ needs. Location is convenient as it’s connected to COEX. Definitely will consider staying here again our next visit!

다 좋은데 조식이...
2 bedroom superior 로 4인 가족이 예약하여 이용하였습니다. 더블베드 2개에 화장실(샤워시설 포함)도 2개, 거실도 넓고 주방까지...가격대비 너무 괜찮은 숙소네요. 청결하고 깔끔하고 코엑스 근처라서 식당도 접근하기 쉽고 다 좋습니다. 다만 5성급 숙소치고는 조식이 너무 부실하네요. 가격이 조금 저렴하니까 그런가 싶어도, 실망스러운 건 어쩔수 없네요. 조식에 큰 의미 안두시는 분들은 90% 이상 만족하실 거고, 조식에 의미를 두시는 분들은 다른 숙소를 구하시는 게 좋을 듯 합니다. 그래서 별 하나 뺐어요.

Perfect location
The staffs is not professional so they don't know all the informations and their service is average. When I ate breakfast 5 times at a restaurant, the staff also brought food to eat. They talked loudly to each other, took foods, and had no manners. It was my first time seeing the hotel staffs ate with the hotel guests at a hotel restaurant. The location is almost perfect for everywhere to go and very convenient. The room is very quiet to stay.

いつも快適に利用させていただいてます。 今回は寒い時期でお部屋はエアコンが効いて暖かかったのですが、バスルームの方まではエアコンが効かず，寒かったのでその辺を改善していただいたら，もっと快適に過ごせたと思います。

10년만에 한국에 온 친구가 짐 가지고 공항에 가야하는데 데려다 줄 수가 없어서 공항터미널 가까운 오크우드로 예약했습니다. 호텔에 차가 들어서자마자 안내하시는 분이 달려와서 너무 친절하게 짐 내리는거, 주차안내 등 해주시고, 제가 주차하는 동안 친구가 체크인하는 거 도와주셨습니다. 방에 들어서는 순간 담배냄새가 나서 연락드렸더니, 업그레이드 방으로 바로 변경해주셔서, 마지막 친구와의 시간을 너무 행복하게 보냈습니다. 침구도 너무 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 다만 체크아웃이 11시인데, 방 내에 있는 안내책자에는 체크아웃이 12시로 되어있어 약간 혼선이 있었습니다.
