Great hotel. Staff were very helpful. Good breakfast. The only issue was that we can only book a single breakfast online booking. We need to pay the 2rd daily. Not big issue though.

While the hotel itself was fine and the room was clean and comfortable, I ran into a situation with the hotel where items in my room were mistakenly removed during cleaning and they were unable to find all of the items that were discarded - I lost pajamas, personal slippers brought from home and my undergarments. The staff were quick to take control of the situation and kept me updated on the situation, reviewed CCTV footage to determine what happened and did try to compensate for the missing items. I still don't know the full situation as to HOW this even happened but I do appreciate that they tried to resolve it and were communicative throughout the process.

First time in Seoul and I blindly trusted the Expedia reviews, however I'm glad I did. The location is conveniently located, a bit long but totally manageable walking distance to the south /honoring of priperty gate and Seoul station. The room is on the small side but very clean. The breakfast is one of the most elaborated in any hotel chain with both Asian and western options, some are healthy as well. I booked higher floor and view was wonderful. There are two suggestions/recommendations: 1. The duvet could be much thinner for the heating setting, it can be unbearable hot for some guests. I was very lucky the reception went out of her way to find a thin blanket for me. 2. The electric outlet were weird, they force pop out the plug I brought, I had to get creative to keep the plug inside the sockets. All in all, highly recommend!

駅を出てすぐなので便利でした。立地がよく、部屋も快適で、英語も通じて、ホテルに関する困りごとはありませんでした。 2泊しましたが部屋のクリーニングもしてもらえました。 今回はショッピングがメインの旅だったので、中心地からの移動は乗り換えがありほんの少し不便に感じました。 メインの目的地そばのエリアに宿泊する方が、買ったものをこまめにホテルに置きに行けて楽かもしれません。 旅行初心者のコメントでした。

All the staff has a smile and friendly. Our room on high floor has nice view of the city and the mountains. Breakfast buffet is not bad. The hotel has many dining options nearby. It’s within walking distance to Seoul Station.

An amazing location above the subway station for travellers, was a great home base for our week-long trip. The view was great and the hotel is walking distance to a bunch of palaces and museums. Check-in and out was very easy, the lobby was very welcoming, and the buffet breakfast was quite good. Housekeeping lady was absolutely lovely. Felt like a safe area with convenient restaurants and convenience stores about. We would definitely recommend it for your stay in Seoul!

金浦空港から1時間以内で到着。西大門の駅降りてすぐのホテルでした。アクセスは最高かと思います。カウンターのスタッフは日本語対応ではなかったのですが、簡単な英語でやり取り可能。チェックインもスムーズ。 清掃は行き届いており、心配な臭いもなかったです。2泊しましたが、歯ブラシのアメニティもあり、連泊時の補充もきちんとされてました。 問題はコンセント。変換プラグ持っていましたが、差し込んでも緩く、気づいたらスマホの充電が不十分だったり…。もう少し設備として改善していただきたいです。

地下鉄5号線西大門駅7,8番出口目の前にあるので交通の便は非常に良い。汝矣島駅まで10分程度で着くため現代ソウルで買い物したい人にも良いだろう。ホテルのすぐ近くに広めのCUもあるのも便利だ。 wowpassを使うなら、西大門はチャージ機がないのでそこは不便かもしれない。

桌子有上一位住宿留下來的污治,房間環境清潔不知是不是清潔的人不一樣,第一天房間整潔還好,第二天整理房間的人員就整理的很乾淨,落差太大。

The location of hotel was so good, near subway exit. The room was nice and clean, but it was quite small. 立地は地下鉄の出口も近く最高でした!部屋も綺麗で良かったのですが、かなり狭く建て付けがかなり悪いなと思う部分が多々ありました。

駅から近く利便性は良し。 夜遅くの便で到着したため、0時を過ぎてのチェックインだったがスムーズに対応してくれた。 室内はキレイだったが、もう少し広いと良いのにと思った。
