"Hidden Jae was an amazing home away from home. It's our first trip to Seoul, it gave us a great space to rest after long days out in the city. Pretty close to Line 3. From there you can explore the city. Staff was welcoming even withourlate flight I to Seoul. They took care of us and helped with questions we had throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a family trip."

"The hotel is near train and bus stations so location is convenient. This is also walking distance from palace and Bukchon Hanok village. Love that cold (and hot) drinking water is always available and you can help yourself with ramen if you do not feel like eating outside. I met someone who looks after the place and she is very friendly and helpful. Amenities are available and the room is clean so I highly recommend this place."

"Enjoyed the ability to use laundry and the clean rooms. I did the economy room which was quite small but I didn't mind it. Air conditioning is pretty nice. Staff were always available to help. I liked that the hotel is in a convenient location. It's not directly in a busy area either, it's tucked in an alley. The alley also has a good restaurant for soups near the hotel."
