"There was an error with my reservation- the room was not available (even though the entire stay was paid for in advance, and I also received the usual confirmation/reminder emails from Expedia in the days leading up to the stay).

"The property is newly renovated in modern style. The location is very easy to access and convenient for shopping as well. The management staffs are very responsive and helpful. They help us to carry luggage’s up and down during checkin and checkout time because the property doesn’t have an elevator. Great thanks to the management team!"
