Housekeeping is not doing good job of cleaning all of recycled bottles either not picking them up or pick up the wrong thing. They can go for many days not doing it. When they did, they are mistaking and trashing a pair of expensive Birkenstock shoes instead.

Love love love this place! My second time staying here and was just as good, super clean rooms and lovely staff, a super convenient location as well with the shopping streets within a five minute walk and easy access to public transport as well! Would definitely recommend :)

Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel & Suites
Room was clean and nice. No tea or coffee, but had a hot water pot and cups. There were restaurants in the courtyard, would recommend Miss Lamb, Korean BBQ. Has a mini mart attached. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Free shuttle was on time and made the transition smooth.
