"Staff were helpful from the moment i booked, the hotel sent me everything i need to know before my stay. I checked in around 11.30pm and again they had everything i need sent to me. Room was spotless and bed was so cosy. I was sent little message every day from them asking did i need anything and with helpful tips and things to do. Wvwn aloud us to hold are bags their with them until 4pm as we were on a later flight. Honestly amazing stay and if i were to come back i would be staying here again....

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure Bucharest Unirii and can definitely recommend the hotel. The location is excellent—very central and perfect for exploring the city. Many attractions, restaurants, and shopping options are within easy walking distance. The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made for a restful sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Both check-in and check-out...

"The AC in my room was not wall mounted and took up space. The rooms were a little cramped but manageable. The cleanliness of rooms can be improved and maintained better. The coffee shop lacked experienced baristas and did not order again. A nice hotel overall but room for improvement. Location is away from tourist attractions and on a main road so can be noisy. "

"Sulla struttura e la sua posizione nulla da dire, anzi trattasi di una struttura molto centrale posizionata ad old town nel pieno della movida. Il mio giudizio negativo è relativo ad un episodio capitato nelle prime ore del mattino, intorno alle 5:30, quando due persone ignote sono venute a bussare con irruenza alla mia porta provocando molto clamore nei confronti miei e della mia ragazza nonché di tutto il piano dato lo spavento. Aprendo la porta, tali individui non volevano farmela richiudere...
