"The Fairfield Inn located in Ottawa, Illinois was VERY clean and bright inside. And the staff were amazing people ~ very informational, friendly, & helpful! There was an indoor pool, fitness room, & free breakfast every morning. The rooms were very clean & furnished w/ many extras, including iron & ironing board; hair dryer (in case anyone forgot theirs); & plenty of lighting. "Cockroach’s in the room upon entering. Bedsheets needed changed & front desk refused. The door appeared to be damaged, possibly kicked in & did not lock properly. There were no rooms left, so we left."
