"The room was dirty I asked For a room with a king bed got a room that had two beds. Bathroom was dirty now the continental breakfast consisted of bread. No butter or jelly fruit an apple and orange that looked old. No juice milk in a pitcher. Waffle maker but the waffle batter looked weird. No creamers but a packet have never had such a horrible breakfast …. Other guests said they had a cockroach in there room and management stated its midnight. What would u like me to do they got another room...

"David at the front desk was absolutely rude. There was a misunderstanding with my reservation, and even after paying for the upgrade he continued to be rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My experience with that staff member has ultimately changed my mind about staying at that hotel ever again. IHG has lost a customer for that location."

"They were redoing rooms and other areas, but nothing was indicated when I made the reservation"

"I had a room on the ground floor.easy access to the fitness center, laundry room and swimming pool."

"I don’t understand the raving reviews. The staff is super kind and helpful. The breakfast and pool areas look clean. The breakfast is limited to yogurt and waffles with few other items. The bathroom in the hotel room is not very clean looking. The location is not convenient. I will not stay again."

"Waterpark and rooms okay, but AC/heat made loud noise when fan stopped that woke me up. Asked for a fan to drown out noise but they didn’t have one. Water came out of tub spout as much as shower head. No food availability Sunday evening through Tuesday."

"Very old building. Some cobwebs. Carpet was pretty dirty."
