"It was basic but rooms were large and staff was friendly. Room needs better, lighting and updating overall."

"It was pretty clean. We stayed 6 nights and pool wasn't open the day we wanted it. The breakfast was just carbs, but some days they had yogurt. Would have liked new cups and a new bar of soap in the room each day instead of what was there the first day. Soap was slimy on sink for 6 days. Only one package of coffee was available if we wanted coffee in the room. Otherwise, it wasn't bad. The outside pool looked very nice, I wish we had used it."

"The hotel is nice, and the service is good too. The rooms with balconies are spacious. We had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the room; there were dirty spots in various places, including the bed's duvet. We called reception, and they resolved the issue that same night and offered to move us to a different room the next day. The buffet food was good, with a variety of options. The staff was excellent and very attentive. Overall it was a good experience."

"This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"

We got checked in early & Michelle made it seem like it was a favor she did for us even though the hotel was only at 25% if that. "We had bad weather the lights went out a couple of times it was a mess staff still charged for breakfast after a bad weekend"

"We ended up leaving after being there for 15 minutes. The room was filthy, tiny and smelled of mold with noticeable attempted mold clean up around the air conditioner."
