Good place for a family vacation. Staff is very helpful and polite. Great food and a lot of attractions for children.
Though, there are some cons;
1. Aqua park for kids works during the hottest time of the day and not available outside the odd hours.
2. Air conditioners do not work properly in some rooms (ours was good, but others were complaining).
3. The lift in our building was out of order 3 times during a single week.
4. Inventory of on-site shops is very limited and of really low quality.
