Limpeza e o café da manhã se destacam. Já o isolamento acústico e a claridade quando o sol nasce nos quartos ficam bem a desejar. Localização próximo ao aeroporto ajuda para quem precisa. Já se a intenção é turismo em Vila Velha o trânsito até lá incomoda bastante.
