"Beqa Lagoon Resort was an absolutely phenomenal experience for us. The location is beautiful and relaxing, the prepaid meal plan (3 meals a day) is delicious, and all the activities the resort put on are fun and engaging. The diving was enjoyable, but the highlight was definitely the shark dives. The dive team are well informed and are able to provide good insight into the nearby shark population and their place in the ecosystem. "We had an absolutely amazing family stay at the beach house. Slight miscommunication with our rooms but the staff dealt with it professionally and ensured we were comfortable had what we needed. The kids loved the kayaks, snorkelling, table tennis and horse riding. We will definitely be back! Beautiful place, wonderful staff!"

"My experience was about to be horrible because i accidentally double booked and hotels.com made it a hassle for me to get my money back but Fiji palms manger helped me through the problem and next time I would directly book through Fiji palms and will make your trip a whole lot better and showed us all the fun things to do in Fiji witch made the trip so much amazing "

"A pleasant location to lie on a sunbed for a couple of hours staring out at the reef break. Everybody is friendly and remembers names. The hill hike was great. My room was ocean view...decent size and a 45 deg outlook over the pool to the water. Steakhouse was a fave dining spot. Absolutely no hassles and had an enjoyable time. "

"The people were amazing, so helpful. We arranged for our luggage to be collected from our room but this was not done and we were late for the. Bus we had paid for, that is my only complaint in two weeks, also since 3 people were booked into our room there was only ever enough cups, ets for two. There should have been enough of everything for 3. Excellent resort didn’t want to leave."
