"Definitely an oddball hotel. I think it’s a four star but easily could be three indefinitely would not be a five in any scenario. Underground parking is accessible and pretty easy. There was a ton of construction going on around the property itself not very central or convenient location kind of hard to find is. It’s just in a corner location. Breakfast was very good A+ there. Everything was fresh. I definitely would not stay here again as there are so many other options in Madrid. The staff was very nice just a bit consistent on us too who is more helpful than the other"

"The staff was excellent. The area was awesome with local shops and the train and buses nearby. However, charging $13 breakfast fee for coffee and toast was a bit ridiculous."

"Good location, with a 15 minute walk into the heart of Madrid and where all the shops and restaurants are. However, there are many other shops and cafes en-route. The hotel is clean, has a good vibe and classic rooms are fairly decent size. The gym is small but serves the purpose, the adjacent swimming pool is small (did not use it) and is adjacent to the deck chairs in a pleasant sun area. Nearby public transport is excellent, within easy reach and allows you to reach various ends of Madrid within about 30 minutes or so."

"While the single basic rooms are cozy, they have nice sized bathrooms to spread into and a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling. We took advantage of Online Check-in and received free coffee, tea and soda during our stay! Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the train station or Prado. Just around the corner from Reina Sofia, Botanical Gardens, Retiro Park."

"Hotel is dated but looks well maintained and seems to cater mainly for groups which is very apparent at breakfast times and reception area. Breakfast was plentiful with healthy options. Rooms are fine and clean. The biggest issue is a complete lack of any soundproofing between rooms & corridors, leading to very little sleep. I chose the hotel for the proximity to the train station as I was in Madrid only as a base for visiting other cities."
