"Muy satisfecho de la estancia en estos apartamentos. La habitación era funcional, pero acogedora, confortable y muy tranquila. Eso a pesar de estar ubicado en el Oltrarno,una zona con cierta actividad nocturna. Aunque no hicimos uso de ella, dispone de cocina completa (con menaje incluido) y cafetera. Te proporcionan gratuitamente un surtido de cápsulas de café y diversas infusiones, Excelente atención del personal, en particular de Rinaldo. Muy amables y atentos. "

"Beautiful room in a central location with all the main sights a short stroll away. Room well appointed with the most amazing double shower. On the top floor with amazing views from the outdoor terrace. Only drawback was the really loud industrial generator/air conditioner that is on another building behind the room that came on every 30 mins or so all through the night. Lift was out of service on the second day that we were leaving and was a nightmare to hump suitcases down 5 flights of stairs....

"Very impressive! We received the notifications few days before arrival to remind us about the date and time. Check-in process was quick and easy, service was great. The staffs were very friendly. Room was large, nice and clean. They kept cleaning daily. Great location and walkable to several attractions and to Santa Maria Novella train station. No need to drive at all. Strongly recommend for this place. "
