"This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained.
One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. "

"Excellent location, right next to the arcade and within walking distance of the train station and the beach. If you get a room facing the sea, the view is wonderful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay.
I happened to stay during a brutal heatwave (35°C+), and the rooms don't have air conditioning. The property does provide spare fans and has ceiling fans, and some rooms have a balcony door for extra airflow,...

"We stayed at this hotel on the hottest day of the year, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
When we booked, we were guaranteed that a fan would be provided at the very minimum. However, when we arrived, there was no fan available. Instead of trying to help, the staff told us to “just deal with it” because the promise had apparently been made by the day-shift employees, not the night staff.
That is not an acceptable way to treat guests, especially in such uncomfortable conditions....
