"Hotel X delivered a comfortable, easy stay. The beds were great, the room was spacious, and the lake‑view upgrade was absolutely worth it. The Byredo Bal d’Afrique toiletries were a luxurious touch.

Negatives: Biggest negative is the old school magnetic stripe card keys, which are finicky and lose their charge often. Recommend getting two cards even if you don't need both.
Second biggest negative is the odd behaviour by the staff. Asking for your card key to get recharged get you a lecture from the staff about keeping your cards separate from each other so they don't demagnetize each other. We were also chased down by the staff on the way...
