"On arrival to the guest house there was a nice 'welcome' laid out on the bed with flowers and decorative towels. On arrival the shower was dirty with hairs from the previous guest left on the tiles, floor tiles stained as the shower has a drainage issue, and the shower pressure is extremely low when set to warm, I would describe it as a drizzle of water. "I recently stayed at the Bayhouse it was a nightmare my air conditioning wasn’t working three out of five days I was there. My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot. I got fly bugs in my room thousands of them was In my room and also in my shower. They told me all the rooms were full and I can’t move rooms. I spent over 700 usd and feel robbed from a good...

There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it."

Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. "The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."
