"Perfect as a basecamp for hiking in the area. Room was very spacious with adequate lighting. Everything very clean. Park right up to the room. It sits back away from the main road so was quiet also. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. Convenient to gas, food, etc. Even the minifridge was a good size with the largest freezer compartment I’ve seen at any hotel/motel (I bring cooler with freezer packs so was nice to be able to refreeze them). "

"Location close to where we were for a funeral of family member. The room was clean. Ith toilet would keep running after a flush unless you jiggled the handle and made sure it was completely up. Breakfast had good coices. Loved the local paper available in lobby. "

"Great stop over on way to DC….room impeccably clean, beds comfortable, bed linens clean and crisp, front desk and breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Appreciated the water, coffee and fresh fruit upon checking in….will definitely return on future trips to DC."

"As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I knew this was going to be bad. There were no other cars in the parking lot and I thought the hotel was abandoned. The one staff person I saw was nice, but the hotel was terribly dated. "
