"Good value hotel"

"Perfect location and very friendly staff. The hotel does not have a lobby, so if you want to spend time outside your room, you’ll need to use the pub on the ground floor, where you can enjoy a drink or a meal. A very good breakfast is also served there. Our room was next to the elevator, which was quite noisy, especially early in the morning. I would not recommend accepting a room in that location. "Location for Hampton Court very good, evening meals reasonably priced for London. Breakfast was good! One negative the bed mattresses need looking at they have metal clips supporting the mattress and if you are a side sleeper they dig into you and hurt making the sleeping experience not a great one. Otherwise this would have been a higher score."
