We called before check in and they couldn’t help us at all with our reservation (couldnt locate our reservation, couldn’t help provide information on how to find it) when we got there they temporarily misplaced our bags. The air conditioning was broken and they kept saying it was being fixed but it never was. It was incredibly hot in the room and the room was tiny so there was no airflow. "Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmad at the luggage storage desk. The room definitely lives up to the soundproofing they promote on their listing, it was very quiet and private. The room was spacious and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better...

"CitizenM concept is great for solo travelers. This particular property is perfectly situated right at the convenient Tower Hill tube station and overlooks Trinity Square. Top floor lounge has an amazing view of the Tower of London and the Shard — as do many of the rooms. Stayed here before, will stay again."
