This place has good and bad.
The rooms are adequate and comfortable.
There isn’t very good soundproofing.
I had to change rooms 3 times because the AC wasn’t working and I ended up having an asthma attack due to the ongoing issue.
Bring ear plugs and sound machine if you want to actually sleep.
I had issues in all the rooms that were electrical related. If it wasn’t the AC it was lights or the TV.
I found it to be a very stressful stay. Don’t depend on these people to do anything with any sort of hurry. The check in was absurd. I got there at 1pm asked to check in they said I must wait until 3. I came back at 3:30 and was told it would be an additional hour and half wait. Or I could take a lesser room than what I paid for.
Room service people were nice
One of the maintenance guys is really nice.
Front desk staff are yes men with zero follow through. If you need a taxi don’t ask them do it yourself. It was close to Victoria Station and that was convenient. Will I ever stay again, NO!
