The room was clean and quiet, and the location was very good. The only important issue for me was the very limited range of options for people with gluten and lactose intolerance.
I believe that many guests have specific dietary needs, yet they pay the same price for breakfast. However, the selection of gluten-free products was very limited. There were some cheeses available, but no alternatives for those who cannot eat cheese made from cow’s milk.
I would also suggest placing clear labels next to the food items so that guests can easily see the ingredients and determine whether the products are suitable for them. This does not seem difficult to implement. Otherwise, guests have to ask the staff about each item, for example, whether it contains gluten or cow’s milk.
Nowadays, such products are not significantly more expensive than regular ones, and providing a wider selection would be a positive gesture showing that all guests are welcome at breakfast.
