"Room was great. Continental Breakfast...Saturday staff was 30 minutes late opening up. You had dry cereal and oatmeal but no milk. Pastries were day old at least and by Monday morning were pretty much trash. Sunday morning the waffle mix was empty. THIS NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!!!"

"Polite staff and clean hotel, but if you need to actually sleep, find somewhere else to stay. Cheap construction, clearly no sound insulation between floors. With the teenagers upstairs, it took multiple calls to the front desk to talk to them. Doors closing upstairs literally shook the beds. Also the fire alarm LED kept was so bright it could be seen even with your eyes closed. Hotel would be well served to separate into different guest-type sections."

"The pool and the customer service were great! The food was pretty good as well. My only 2 complaints are that they don't have it disclosed on Expedia that they take an incidental fee of $100 per room per stay and when we first got there, I used the restroom downstairs and it was dirty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. "

"I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady on duty the night I checked in! She was dealing with very difficult circumstances (a wind-caused blackout) in the best manner imaginable. I was on crutches when I checked in, and not only did she guide me to my room by flashlight, she wheeled my suitcase for me (all with a smile) GREAT employee!"

"We had to change floors last minute due to a vertigo issue- they were very accommodating and willing to help. The courtyard is beautiful and the whole staff very friendly."

"The Overall condition of the room was good. I was actually surprised as the rest of the property was defiantly in need of some tender loving care. Young man at the counter was very nice. "

"Reserved an east view room, but was given a west view on the third floor. It was a very windy night and the bathroom fan flap made noise ALL NIGHT LONG, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was not very good with your typical options. "

"Room very clean. The only issue I have is that there are no safety handles in the bathroom for help getting in and out of the shower. Seems that would be a safety issue. There is absolutely no where to hold onto."

"The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...
